I can’t find my order number and didn’t receive a confirmation email, but I’ve been charged. What should I do?
If you’ve been charged but didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at contact@toddlertough.com.au with your full name and payment details, and we’ll assist you.
How can I track the status of my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days, once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Use the link provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.

I placed the wrong order and want to change or add products. Can I update my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@toddlertough.com.auto request changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I cancel my order if I no longer want it?
To cancel your order, contact us at contact@toddlertough.com.au as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancellation won’t be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. How can I update it?
Email contact@toddlertough.com.au immediately with the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we recommend contacting the person at the address you entered.
Why haven’t I received my tracking information?

We have fulfilment centres in 4 locations; Melbourne Australia (Headquarters), California USA, New Jersey USA, and Zhejiang China
Who is responsible for customs fees or taxes for international orders?

What should I do if some items are missing from my package?

How do I assemble my Toddler Tough products?

After You’ve Received Your Product
My play mat arrived with a noticeable crease in the middle. Is this normal?
Yes, creases may occur during packaging but will flatten over time. Lay the mat flat and apply slight weight to speed up the process.
How do I clean my play mat?
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to spot-clean the mat. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging it in water. Sometimes the foam may have some spotting. To clean these, dilute water with white vinegar and apply it to the spots.
What's the best way to clean my Sports/MMA Arena Playpen?
Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Let it air dry before use.

Yes, our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

I received my package, but a piece is missing. How do I get it replaced?
